BMP stands for "Windows
bitmap", which deals with graphics files within the MS Windows
operating system. BMP files are often relatively large and image
lossless as they are
uncompressed. It might be the right choice if your image files needs
additional editing.
BMP is also popular as its simplicity, wide acceptance and use. |
